STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Public Employee Labor Relations; Rights Accompanying Certification; Reasonable Opportunity to Meet Required; School District Employees. Amend RSA 273-A:11, II to read as follows:
II. A reasonable number of employees who act as representatives of the bargaining unit shall be given a reasonable opportunity to meet with the employer or [his] the employer's representatives during working hours without loss of compensation or benefits. If the public employer is a school district, "reasonable opportunity" means before 9:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. on days the employees are scheduled to work, without impact to instructional time, and unless otherwise negotiated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
