This bill repeals the requirement for electric and natural gas utilities to submit least cost integrated resource plans with the public utilities commission and have the commission evaluate the plans and maintain them on file.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three

 

AN ACT relative to least cost integrated resource plan of utilities.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal; Public Utilities Commission; Integrated Least Cost Resource Plans.  RSA 378:37 through RSA 378:40, relative to policy, plans, and compliance procedures for filing least cost integrated resource plan with the public utilities commission, are repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
