Floor Amendment to HB 358
Amend the bill by inserting after section 18 the following new section
19 Contingent Nullification. If SB 44-FN of the 2023 legislative session becomes law then section 9 of that act, amending RSA 330-C:17, I(b), shall not take effect.

This bill makes various changes to the procedures for the filing and adoption of proposed administrative rules. The bill also makes a technical correction to SB 44-FN if it becomes law.
