1 Communicable Disease; Immunization. Amend RSA 141-C:20-a, I to read as follows:
I. All parents or legal guardians shall have their children who are residing in this state immunized against certain diseases. These diseases shall include, but not be limited to, diphtheria, mumps, pertussis, poliomyelitis, rubella, rubeola, and tetanus. The commissioner shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A relative to other diseases which require immunization.
2 Repeal. RSA 141-C:6, XIII, relative to rulemaking for other communicable diseases under RSA 141-C:20-a, I.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

I. All parents or legal guardians shall have their children who are residing in this state immunized against diphtheria, mumps, pertussis, poliomyelitis, rubella, rubeola, and tetanus. The rules adopted by the commissioner requiring varicella, Hepatitis B, and Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib) vaccinations shall remain in effect until their regular expiration date of June 30, 2026.
2 Repeal. RSA 141-C:6, XIII, relative to rulemaking for other communicable diseases under RSA 141-C:20-a, I.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
