Amendment to SB 112-FN
Amend the bill by deleting section 1 and renumbering the original sections 2 through 7 to read as 1 through 6, respectively.
Amend the bill by replacing section 2 with the following:
2 Pari-Mutuel Pools on Simulcast Racing. Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 284:22-a, II(a) to read as follows:
II.(a) [During the calendar years 1941-2029, a] A licensee may sell pari-mutuel pools on races held at racetracks other than at the facility of the licensee, if any, provided:

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill changes the redistribution of pari-mutuel wagers, eliminates employee state residency restrictions, and eliminates annual financial statement requirements.
