Amendment to SB 150-FN
Amend RSA 328-C:4, III(a) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(c) A quorum shall be 3 members.
Amend section 2, paragraph IV of the bill by replacing it with the following:
IV. The marital master seat shall be eliminated on the effective date of this act.
Amend the bill by inserting after section 2 the following and renumbering the original section 3 to read as 5:
3 Family Mediators; Duties of the Board. Amend RSA 328-C:4-a, VIII to read as follows:
VIII. Establish procedures, [fees,] standards, and other requirements for qualified interns.
4 Repeal. RSA 328-C:11, relative to the fees of the board for family mediators, is repealed.
