This enrolled bill amendment makes a technical correction to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 152-FN
Amend RSA 12-O:51-a, I(k) as inserted by section 3 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(k) The director of the office of offshore wind industry development under RSA 12-P:7-b.
