Floor Amendment to SB 160-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT relative to the use of OHRVs on designated trails and repealing the prohibition on the possession or sale of blackjacks, slung shots, and metallic knuckles.
Amend the bill by replacing all after section 2 with the following:
3 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 159:16, relative to the prohibition and penalty for carrying or possessing with intent to sell, a blackjack, slung shot, or metallic knuckles.
II RSA 159:17, relative to exceptions on the prohibition and penalty for carrying or possessing with intent to sell, a blackjack, slung shot, or metallic knuckles.
4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill:
I. Prohibits the operation of OHRVs for recreational purposes on designated trails.
II. Repeals the prohibition, penalty, and exceptions relating to the carrying and possessing with intent to sell a black jack, slung shot, or metallic knuckles.
