Amendment to SB 160-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT relative to the use of OHRVs on designated trails.
Amend the bill by deleting section 3 and renumbering the original section 4 to read as 3.

This bill prohibits the operation of OHRVs for recreational purposes on designated trails.
