Floor Amendment to SB 85-FN-A
Amend the bill by deleting section 3 and renumbering the original sections 4-7 to read as 3-6, respectively.
Amend paragraph I of section 6 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
I. Section 5 of this act shall take effect November 1, 2024.
