Floor Amendment to HB 1002
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 Repeal. RSA 91-A:10, VI, relative to fees for release of statistical tables and limited data sets for research, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

This bill repeals the authority for agencies to establish fees for release of statistical tables and limited data sets for research under the right to know law.
