STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to notice of terms and conditions of remote work arrangements.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Protective Legislation; Remote Work.  Amend RSA 275:49 by inserting after paragraph VII the following new paragraph:

VIII. Provide the employee in writing with the terms and conditions of any remote work arrangement, which shall include a reference to all applicable laws and regulations.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
