STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT repealing the requirement that each pharmacy establish a continuous quality improvement program.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 318:45-a, relative to continuous quality improvement in licensed pharmacies, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
