Amendment to HB 1043
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT relative to the capital appropriations for the legislative parking garage design and
police standards and training council facility improvements.
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following and renumbering the original section 2 to read as 3:
2 Amend 2019, 146:1, XIV to read as follows:
XIV. Police Standards and Training Council.
A. [Boiler Replacement] Police Standards and Training Council
facility improvements (boilers, controllers, a/c replacements, range
ventilation and filtration and tactical center floor replacement) 1,035,000
B. Purchase Training and Certification Database 150,000
Total state appropriation paragraph XIV $1,185,000

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill allows the unspent capital appropriation for the design of the Legislative Parking Garage to transfer to the State House Capitol Complex and specifies police standards and training council facility improvements.
