STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to the prohibition on overnight mooring of houseboats.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal; Use of Houseboats. RSA 270-A:3, relative to overnight mooring prohibited, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
