STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to repealing the prohibition on placement of simulated explosives.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 158:38-a, Placement of Simulated Explosives, relative to the crime of placing simulated explosives, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2025.
