STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT repealing the requirement to register "farmers' market" as a trade name.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 349:1, IV(d), relative to the use of the term "farmers' market" in trade names, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
