223:1 New Subparagraph; Disclosure Required; Water Supply; Sewage Disposal. Amend RSA 477:4-c, I by inserting after subparagraph (b) the following new subparagraph:
(c) Information relative to approved seating capacity based on the sewage disposal system, if the property is a food service establishment.
223:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
