STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to amendment of condominium instruments.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Condominium Act; Voting; Amendment of Condominium Instruments. Amend RSA 356-B:39, VI to read as follows:
VI. If more than 50 percent of the votes are acquired by a single person after developer control is terminated, a 2/3 majority shall be required to change bylaws, budgets, and any contracted property management; provided that in no case shall more than a majority vote be required to amend bylaws, budgets, or other governing documents regarding the selection and siting of a utility service or installation.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2025.
