Amendment to HB 1235
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 High School Student as School Board Member. Amend RSA 194:23-f, IV(a) to read as follows:
(a) Attending [all] school board meetings except as specified in paragraph V;
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

This bill repeals the requirement that high school student school board members attend all school board meetings.
