STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to repealing the commission on the status of health coverage markets for individuals and small employers.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 404-J:1, relative to the commission on the status of health coverage markets for individuals and small employers, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
