Amendment to HB 1308
Amend the bill by replacing section 2 with the following:
2 New Paragraph; Library User Records; Confidentiality; Access to Library Records of Minors. Amend RSA 201-D:11 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
II-a. All library records related to a minor's use of printed library materials and audio-visual materials, such as DVDs and CDs, shall be available to the parent or guardian of the minor when requested by the parent or legal guardian of record.
