STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to food service at a bed and breakfast.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Food Service Licensure; Bed and Breakfasts; Snacks and Meals. Amend RSA 143-A:9, IX to read as follows:
IX. Requirements for bed and breakfast facilities[.]; provided that such license shall permit the provision of snacks and meals to patrons after breakfast.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
