STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Negation of Elections. Amend RSA 659 by inserting after section 65 the following new section:
659:65-a Negation of Elections. In any polling place where the moderator reports a total ballot count which exceeds the number of registered voters in the town or ward, including voters registered on the day of the election, shall have the election result negated and not counted in any other affected totals including state or federal offices.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
