STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to allowing members of the general court to participate in the department of health and human services employee assistance program.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Member of the General Court; Participation in Employee Assistance Program.  Amend RSA 14-A by inserting after section 6 the following new section:

14-A:7  Participation in Employee Assistance Program. Members of the general court shall be permitted to participate in the New Hampshire employee assistance program operated by the department of health and human services.  Any cost for the participation shall be determined by the department of health and human services and paid from funds of the legislative branch.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
