Amendment to HB 1382-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT granting witness fee reimbursement to unrepresented parents in the armed forces who prevail in special education hearings.
Amend the bill by deleting sections 1 and 2 and renumbering the original sections 3 and 4 to read as 1 and 2, respectively.
