1 New Hampshire Building Code; Enforcement Authority; Municipal Inspections. Amend RSA 155-A:7, III to read as follows:
III. The local enforcement agency appointed to enforce the state building code shall have the authority to inspect all buildings, structures, construction sites, and other places in the jurisdiction . If consent for such inspection is denied or not reasonably obtainable, the local enforcement agency may obtain an administrative inspection warrant under RSA 595-B.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2025.

If consent for such inspection is denied or not reasonably obtainable, the local enforcement agency may obtain an administrative inspection warrant under RSA 595-B.
III-a. The local enforcement agency appointed to enforce the state building code shall not have the authority to inspect owner-occupied units in residential multi-unit structures of 4 units or less.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2025.
