STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to mental health supervision agreements.  

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 330-A:22, relative to requirements for supervision agreements in mental health practice, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
