Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1559-FN
The Committee on Enrolled Bills to which was referred HB 1559-FN
AN ACT repealing the chapter relative to cash dispensing machines and relative to disability pensions for public safety employees who are victims of violence.
Having considered the same, report the same with the following amendment, and the recommendation that the bill as amended ought to pass.

Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1559-FN
This enrolled bill amendment updates the title of the bill to reflect its contents and makes a technical and grammatical correction to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1559-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT repealing the chapter relative to cash dispensing machines, relative to disability pensions for public safety employees who are victims of violence, and relative to establishing the New Hampshire Canadian trade council fund.
Amend RSA 100-A:6, II(e)(2)(B) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(B) The member did not intend for injury to result from the member's conduct;
Amend RSA 100-A:6, II(e)(2)(C) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 9 with the following:
RSA 91-A, and shall not be subject to disclosure in any civil action; and
Amend RSA 100-A:52, II(b) as inserted by section 7 of the bill by replacing line 3 with the following:
account of each person qualified under subparagraph I(h) as the result of a violent accidental
Amend RSA 12-O:22, III as inserted by section 11 of the bill by replacing line 2 with the following:
council fund. The fund shall be comprised of moneys obtained according to paragraph II.
