Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1573-FN
This enrolled bill amendment makes a grammatical change to the bill and inserts a contingency to avoid a numbering conflict with SB 417 of the 2024 legislative session.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1573-FN
Amend paragraph V as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 1 with the following:
