STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to cultivation locations for alternative treatment centers.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Use of Cannabis for Therapeutic Purposes; Alternative Treatment Centers; Cultivation Location.  Amend RSA 126-X:7, IV(a)(2) to read as follows:

(2)  The proposed physical address of the alternative treatment center, if a precise address has been determined, or, if not, the general location where it would be located. This may include [a second location] one or 2 locations for the cultivation of cannabis.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
