1 Liquor Licenses; Enforcement; Entertainer; Definition. Amend RSA 179:19 I (b) to read as follows:
(b) "Entertainer" means a person who, with or without compensation, performs in a premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
