STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to allowing for the consumption of alcohol in artist performance areas.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Liquor Licenses; Enforcement; Entertainer; Definition. Amend RSA 179:19 I (b) to read as follows:
(b) "Entertainer" means a person who, with or without compensation, performs in a premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages[.] while on stage or designated performance areas or in areas designated for entertainers.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
