The Committee on Enrolled Bills to which was referred HB 1585
AN ACT relative to the position of certified assisted living medication aide and relative to the state loan repayment program for qualified nursing professionals, and making an appropriation therefor.
Having considered the same, report the same with the following amendment, and the recommendation that the bill as amended ought to pass.

Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1585
This enrolled bill amendment inserts a contingency to avoid a numbering conflict if HB 1095 of the 2024 regular legislative session becomes law.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1585
Amend the bill by inserting after section 8 the following and renumbering the original section 9 to read as 10:
9 Contingency. If HB 1095 of the 2024 regular legislative session becomes law, then RSA 326-B:9, XV, as inserted by section 6 of the bill, shall be renumbered to read RSA 326-B:9, XVI.
