STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT requiring the liquor commission to distribute certain information in liquor stores.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Advertising; Problem Drinking; Posters and Brochures. Amend RSA 175:4 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
V. The commission shall prepare, in conjunction with the office of alcohol and drug abuse prevention, a brochure to be handed out with each liquor purchase and a poster which contains information related to considering and identifying signs of problem drinking and accessing resources available for persons who may have concerns about problem drinking through the New Hampshire Doorways system or an equivalent. Such posters shall be posted and available to the public in all state liquor stores.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
