Floor Amendment to HB 1633-FN-A
Amend RSA 318-F:1 as inserted by section 5 of the bill by deleting RSA 318-F:1, XLIII and renumbering the original RSA 318-F:1, XLIV to read as RSA 318-F:1, XLIII.
Amend RSA 318-F:13, II(b)(3) as inserted by section 5 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(3) No person or business entity may have a threshold financial interest in more than one cannabis establishment.
Amend RSA 318-F:20 as inserted by section 5 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
318-F:20 Lobbying Activities.
No recipient of a state license to operate a cannabis establishment licensed under this chapter shall expend any funds to lobby or attempt to influence legislation related to the sale or legalization of marijuana, participate in political activity, or contribute funds to any entity engaged in these activities.
