Floor Amendment to HB 1633-FN-A

 

Amend the bill by replacing section 34 with the following:

 

34  Effective Date.  

I.  RSA 318-F:2, RSA 318-F:3, RSA 318-F:13, RSA 318-F:19, RSA 318-F:20, RSA 318-F:21, and RSA 318-F:22, as inserted by section 5 of this act, shall take effect upon its passage.

II.  Section 32 of this act shall take effect July 1, 2029.

III.  The remainder of this act shall take effect January 1, 2026.
