Floor Amendment to HB 1633-FN-A

 

Amend RSA 318-F:1, XXVI as inserted by section 5 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

XXVI. “Hemp” means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol or delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration (THC) or any other tetrahydrocannabinol of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis or if in an edible or beverage, not more than 0.25 milligrams per serving or 1 milligram per package of THC.

 

Amend RSA 318-F:22, II(c) as inserted by section 5 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

(c) A prevention specialist, who is currently certified by the prevention certification board of New Hampshire, appointed by the chairman of the governor’s commission on alcohol and other drugs.
