Floor Amendment to HB 1649-FN

 

Amend RSA 149-M:64, I(p) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

(p)  “Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances” or “PFAS” means one or more of the following:

(1)  Perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA) and its salts.

(2)  Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS).

(3)  Perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) and its salts and transformation and degradation precursors.

(4)  Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).
