STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to the use of drones for the aerial application of pesticides.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Notification of Aerial Pesticide Application. Amend RSA 430:34-a by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. This section shall not apply to the aerial application of pesticides by a person possessing a valid certificate of registration or permit pursuant to RSA 430:33 while applying pesticides for agricultural purposes using unmanned aircraft as defined in RSA 422:3, XXVII-a at a height not exceeding 50 feet above ground level.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
