Amendment to HB 173
Amend the bill by replacing section 1 with the following:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 155:40, relative to the requirement to provide toilet facilities in restaurants.
II. RSA 155:41, relative to the penalty for failure to provide such toilet facilities.

This bill removes the requirement that restaurants and other businesses that serve food to the public provide toilet facilities for patrons.
