HOUSE RESOLUTION No. 32
Memorializing Hoy Robert Menear, III of Lee
WHEREAS, we have learned with profound sorrow of the passing of our colleague and friend, Hoy Robert Menear, III who was serving his second term as a State Representative, representing the towns of Lee and Madbury and Ward 4 in the City of Dover; and
WHEREAS, having formerly served on the Committee on Ways and Means, Hoy R. Menear was serving on the Committee on State Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs; and
WHEREAS, having had a successful career as an investment banker, Hoy R. Menear utilized his analytical skills by plunging into his legislative work; and
WHEREAS, a man of many talents, Hoy R. Menear was passionately well-read and as such was gifted in the art of rhetoric; now, be it therefore
RESOLVED, by the House of Representatives in Regular Session convened, Hoy R. Menear be granted our highest praise and accolades and offered our profound thanks for his service to his home community and the State of New Hampshire.
