Floor Amendment to SB 263-FN

 

Amend the bill by inserting after section 7 the following and renumbering the original section 8 to read as 9:

 

8  Repeal.  2018, 342:20, relative to the severability of New Hampshire's Medicaid and Premium Assistance Program, is repealed.
