Floor Amendment to SB 263-FN
Amend the bill by replacing section 6 with the following:
6 Amend Effective Date. Amend 2018, 342:25, II to read as follows:
II. Paragraphs III and VII of section 24 of this act shall take effect December 31, [2023] 2025.
Amend the bill by inserting after section 7 the following and renumbering the original section 8 to read as 9:
8 Repeal. RSA 126-AA:2, III(a)(10), relative to eligibility for unemployed adults, is repealed.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill:
I. Reestablishes and revises the membership and duties of the commission to evaluate the effectiveness and future of the New Hampshire granite advantage health care program. The commission is repealed November 1, 2028.
II. Extends the New Hampshire granite advantage health care program through December 31, 2025.
III. Removes the transfer of funds from the alcohol abuse prevention and treatment fund to the granite advantage health care trust fund.
IV. Amends granite advantage health care program eligibility for unemployed adults.
