STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to allowing the ability to work from home to count toward unemployment benefits eligibility.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 282-A:39, relative to disqualification for benefits due to unavailability for work outside a home, is repealed.

2 Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
