ANALYSIS
This bill removes requirements that students file a free application for federal student aid form (FAFSA) or a waiver for such form prior to graduation, and removes all references to the FAFSA.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 193:26-a, relative to the graduation requirement regarding the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
II. RSA 186:8, IX, relative to rules regarding RSA 193:26-a.
III. RSA 187-A:20, II(c), relative to tuition waivers for the state college and university system.
IV. RSA 188-F:15, I-a(c), relative to tuition waivers for the community college system of New Hampshire.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
