Floor Amendment to SB 355-FN
Amend the bill by replacing section 1 with the following:
1 Department of Health and Human Services; Early Detection of Cytomegalovirus. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall amend current rule He-P 3008.15 to require individuals conducting newborn hearing screening and diagnostic hearing evaluation reports to include the result of cytomegalovirus (CMV) screening for any infant who does not pass the final newborn hearing screening.
