The Committee on Enrolled Bills to which was referred SB 369-FN-A
AN ACT directing the office of professional licensure and certification to provide notice of public meetings and an opportunity for comment, creating a new position, and making an appropriation therefor.
Having considered the same, report the same with the following amendment, and the recommendation that the bill as amended ought to pass.

This enrolled bill amendment makes technical corrections to the bill.

Amend RSA 310:5, VI as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 13 with the following:
make the records available to the public at least one day prior to a meeting, then paper copies of governmental
Amend the bill by inserting after section 2 the following and renumbering the original section 3 to read as 4:
3 Contingency. If HB 1609 of the 2024 legislative session becomes law, then RSA 310:5, VI-VIII as inserted by section 1 of this act shall be renumbered to read RSA 310:5, VII-IX.
