STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to election recounts and audits.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Recount and Audit Procedures; Publication.  Amend RSA 660 by inserting after section 17-b the following new section:

660:17-c  Recount and Audit Procedures; Publication.  The secretary of state shall publish all recount and audit procedures, as well as establish separate times to hold any recounts and audits that may take place.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
