Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 383-FN
This enrolled bill amendment inserts a contingency to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 383-FN
Amend the bill by inserting after section 3 the following and renumber the original section 4 to read as 5:
4 Contingency. If HB 185 of the 2024 legislative session becomes law, then RSA 32:5-d as inserted by section 2 of this act shall be renumbered to read as RSA 32:5-e.
